| "Book a Birthday" Gift for "Kevin!" |
Everyone knows reading is an important skill and one we need to encourage in our children for they are the world's future. So to celebrate Kevin's birthday this year we would like to invite you to book a birthday for Kevin. Now all you need to do is go shopping and purchase a brand new book, children's stories, science fiction, drama, action, cooking, health, sport in fact any genre or type of book is fine. Take the book and donate it it to anywhere that would welcome books such as your local library, school, day care center, hospital, or community youth center. You are of course more than welcome to purchase and donate more than one. Now once youve done that you need to send us here at the OIKSFC a 4x 6 ( postcard size) card or note with the book's name and author and also a short paragraph on why you chose that particular book. A picture of the book cover would be great and of course we would like to know the name, state and country of the place is was donated to. Please dont forget to include the proof of purchase receipt and your own name, state and country. Please mail the receipt and information to: Book a Birthday PO Box 501 Ingleburn 1890 NSW Australia Closing date is September 1st 2009 Each one we receive will go into a specially created and bound book that will be presented to Kevin for his birthday in September 2009. Your name, state, country and book name will also go up on our web site. Everyone that books a birthday for Kevin will receive an awesome 4 x 6 photo of Kevin as a thank you.
